With over 700 storage units on property, we have a wide array of different sizes and types of storage units. We start at 3x3 units and have sizes up through 13x35 units.

We are here to help you determine the best type and size of unit best suited for your individual storage needs. Our office staff will work with you to go over what you are storing and make recommendations based on that conversation. We are also available to show you different size vacant units so you can see the exact unit size and location. We do not allow storage of any type of food or food by-product and any corrosive, noxious, odorous or combustible materials (including Lithium batteries or oxygen cylinders).

While we do offer both outdoor and climate-controlled units, there are different benefits for each type. The climate-controlled units are in one of our air-conditioned buildings and provide temperature and humidity control for your stored items. The outside garage units provide easy access to your unit. Many units offer direct access that allows you to pull up directly to your unit. Both types of units are located on the ground floor – no elevators required.

For your safety and protection, storage access hours are from 6:00AM to 10:00PM 365 days of the year.

Yes! We will work with you to provide the right size for your storage needs. You can transfer to a different size unit when your storage needs change, and you do not have to wait to transfer until your lease/payment due date.

Our website (www.wow-selfstorage.com) offers all current move-in specials and unit discounts. Our unit inventory is updated in real time to our website, and we do not charge a fee to make a reservation, including our discount or move-in special units.

We do not charge deposit or administrative fees. Additionally, we lock in our prices for 1 year, which is our guarantee not to increase your rate for that year.

We accept cash, checks, credit cards and money orders. We also offer automatic payment that can be set-up to directly make a payment thru your credit card when the payment is due.

Absolutely! We are happy to assist you with setting up autopay at any point of your tenancy.

Our website is user friendly and lets you make a monthly payment or set up automatic payments through the “Pay Bill” button located on our homepage.

We understand that this can happen to the best of us and we offer a grace period before late fees are added. During the grace period, you will be contacted with a friendly reminder to help you avoid late fees.

We strive to make safety a top priority! Our storage facility has a single point of entry and exit which requires a keypad code for access. Additionally, the property has multiple security cameras which are monitored and record video 27/7.

Our location has on-site staff that are here to help you with your storage needs, 7 days a week. Our office hours are 8:30AM – 5:30PM Monday-Saturday and 9:00AM – 1:00PM on Sundays.

Yes, we have packaging, moving, and storage materials available for purchase in the office to help streamline your move

If you are renting on the same day that you are moving in, please bring your state ID and form of payment with you to the office. If your lease has already been completed and you have been issued a gate code, just bring your storage items and stop by the office if you would like to use any dollies or carts.

There is a one-month minimum rental period, and we have an open-ended maximum rental period. We do offer several pre-pay discounts for those tenants that will be renting for 6 months or longer.

We ask that tenants provide a one week notice when moving out, however, if your move out gets postponed, you can opt to continue your storage with us and push back your move out date.

We offer tenant insurance through Mini Co., and you can customize the level of coverage to meet your needs.

We do offer parking in two sizes, either an 8x10 or 10x20. Additionally, you can opt to store your vehicle in one of our garage units which varies in size up to a 13x35.

Office hours are from 8:30AM – 5:30PM on Monday – Saturday and 9:00AM – 1:00PM on Sunday. Customer access hours are from 6:00AM – 10:00PM every day of the year.
